Case 4:

Replacement of Metal Ceramic Fixed with All Ceramic Bridge

Patient had undergone replacement of front teeth with a Metal Ceramic Bridge fixed bridge. The ceramic layer chipped off displaying the inner metal core. We suggested her to go for an All Ceramic Bridge which is more natural looking, metal free and possess good strength. The looks were awesome and the patient was overwhelmed to see a beautiful change in her smile.

Case 5:

Treatment of Grossly Decayed tooth with post and core

Patient had pain in the maxillary first molar which was grossly decayed due to caries. Root canal treatment was done and post & core buildup was done to restore lost tooth structure so that the crown/cap could last for a long time on the tooth and restores all functions of a natural tooth. A metal Ceramic crown was then provided over Post and core.

Case 6:

Complete denture with attachments for better fit

An old ladyreported us with mobility in almost all her teeth due to gum disease. We identified that 3 teeth in lower jaw could be saved and utilized to give better fit to complete dentures. The 2 premolars and molar were saved. The Ball attachments were placed in premolars whose locking sockets were placed in dentures. The dentures fitted well owing to the attachments and the patient was able to perform chewing better. The overall esthetics of the patient improved due to custom designed dentures.

Case 7:

Complete dentures

Patient was unable to chew food due to missing teeth in upper jaw. He had teeth in lower jaw. We designed a complete denture for him which was very similar to his natural teeth so that no one could make out artificial denture in his mouth. The patient’s function was restored to normal and he gained confidence due to the esthetics imparted by the denture.

Case 8:

Single tooth replacement with implant

Implants have become the best option for replacement of single tooth. A young man did not wanted his natural teeth to be reduced to replace missing tooth with a bridge. We gave an option of implant and the patient chose it readily. One implant was placed in missing molar region over which the crown was placed. The structure of adjacent teeth was unhampered which would have been lost in case of a tooth supported bridge.

Case 9:

Implant supported bridge to replace molars

Patients now do not have to compromise with a removable prosthesis even if they do not have a natural teeth to support a fixed bridge. This patient had missing molars on the left side of lower jaw and wanted fixed replacement. We placed two implants in place of the two molars and a bridge was fabricated over these implants. Patient was glad to have fixed teeth along with the same chewing efficiency as of natural teeth.
